APS will always sign an NDA prior to any site visit, as will any third party contractors. Your information and anonymity is key to what we do.

External monitoring of technical systems
Following the project technical delivery, we only partner with trusted, specialist and discreet Alarm Receiving Centres (ARCs) to reduce false alarms and quickly identify ineffectual systems.
Arcem are committed to ensure that your residence remains a priority, therefore we will never work with a mainstream ARC who normally monitor hundreds of properties or alarms. We are dedicated to providing remote monitoring that will not fail or provide false positives.
During any activation our priority is to ensure that critical and speedy actions are taken. Active and remote monitoring can include Fire and Police response for all systems including panic buttons, fire and intruder alarms, or intruders on site.
